From the start we have built GlobalSkill around one idea: to give industrial companies the people and solutions they need to deliver projects smoothly.
We combine industry experience, access to qualified welders and fitters, and a flexible way of working. We do not run every job to the same template. First we understand what the project needs, then we select the people and organise the work.
Our office and workshop are in Elbląg, in the industrial heart of Pomerania, close to the shipyards of Gdańsk and Gdynia and to the ports we use to send fabricated components and crews to Scandinavia.

We specialise in welding, steel structure fabrication and erection, industrial piping and mechanical installation. We work in our own workshop and on site, and we also supply specialist crews.

Yes, we deliver projects for both small and large companies. Our experience lets us take on work of different scale and complexity.
How do you ensure quality?
