Purposes and legal bases

Who receives your data

IT, hosting and email service providers acting on our behalf. We present your qualifications and experience to the client running the project only after agreeing the specific project with you. When you are posted abroad, data also goes to the Polish Social Insurance Institution (A1 certificate) and to host-country authorities, to the extent required by law.

As a rule we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If a project takes place outside the EEA, we will tell you before any data is transferred.

How long we keep your data

Until the recruitment ends. If you agree to receive further project offers, for up to 12 months from your application or until you withdraw consent. Data needed to defend against claims is kept until the claims become time-barred.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time by email or phone; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Do you have to provide data?

Providing data is voluntary, but without your name and phone number we cannot contact you about work. We do not make automated decisions or profile candidates.
