How we control quality

Quality does not come from declarations, it comes from a process. We use the same process in the workshop and on site.

Before the start
Document review, WPS/WPQR, welder qualifications matched to the task.
During the works
Welding supervision, 100% visual inspection, weld map, material traceability.
Testing
PT, MT, UT and RT coordinated with an accredited laboratory.
Handover
A complete quality dossier and a close-out report.

HSE

On large sites and in operating plants, safety is the condition of entry. For us it is standard, not an extra.

VCA/SCC, ID06 (Sweden), Työturvallisuuskortti (Finland), SafePass. We arrange them before mobilisation.

Every specialist is equipped with personal protective equipment meeting site requirements.

Valid medical checks, UDT permits, work at height and confined space training.
